Promotion Name: Pharmx Marketplace Incentive Program
Promotion Period: From 11^th November 2025 to 9^th February 2026

1.Eligibility

1. This promotion is open to all registered Pharmx pharmacy customers located in Australia.
2. Participants must be aged 18 years or older.
3. Participants must have an active and verified Pharmx account connected to Marketplace.
4. To qualify for VIP rewards, pharmacies must attend an official in-person Pharmx Marketplace event during the Promotion Period.
5. Employees of Pharmx, its affiliates and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

 

2.Program Overview

The Pharmx Marketplace Incentive Program rewards pharmacies for early adoption and consistent engagement during the first 90 days following launch. Rewards are structured in tiers based on total invoice value and activity milestones achieved within the Promotion Period.

4.Reward Distribution & Redemption

1. The rewards period runs for 90 days from the official Marketplace launch date (11 November 2025 to 9 February 2026)
2. The reward for the introductory offer (pharmacy gift hamper) will be dispatched following the first 30 days of the program period, and sent directly to pharmacy’s street address.
3. Tier 1 – 3 rewards (Visa Gift Cards) will be issued following completion of a redemption form sent to the pharmacy’s primary contact after the Program Period concludes. The pharmacy must provide the recipient’s name and email address for the digital Visa Gift Card.
4. Eligibility is determined on a per-pharmacy basis, according to the total spend of each pharmacy. Rewards will be calculated and distributed individually for each eligible pharmacy site.
5. Order value is based on the total value invoiced from suppliers, excluding GST. Out-of-stock or unfulfilled items are excluded.
6. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of credit.
7. Rewards must be redeemed within 60 days of issue; unclaimed rewards may be forfeited.
8. Pharmx reserves the right to verify eligibility and order data before issuing rewards.

 

5. Program Rules

1. To remain eligible, participants must place at least one order every 30 days for 90 days (3 months)
2. Order totals are calculated based on invoiced amounts (ex GST) per individual pharmacy location
3. The promotion applies only to orders placed via the Pharmx Marketplace platform.
4. This promotion cannot be combined with any other Pharmx offers, discounts, or rebates. However, invoice totals may include orders containing items purchased at a discounted price or through other promotions available via Pharmx Marketplace.
5. Items returned or refunded during the Promotion Period will be deducted from the total order value.
6. Pharmx reserves the right to suspend or cancel participation for fraudulent, artificial, or duplicate orders.
7. Pharmx may modify or terminate the promotion at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or abuse of the program.

 

7.Privacy & Data Use

1. Participant data will be used for the purposes of program administration, verification, and reward fulfillment.
2. By participating, pharmacies consent to Pharmx collecting and processing relevant transactional data.
3. All information will be managed in accordance with the Pharmx Privacy Policy.
4. Data may be used to generate anonymised insights and benchmarks for future incentive planning.

8. General Terms

1. Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Pharmx decisions regarding qualification, eligibility, and rewards are final and binding.
3. Pharmx assumes no responsibility for technical issues or connectivity interruptions affecting transactions.
4. Pharmx is not liable for lost, delayed, or misdirected redemptions due to incorrect contact details.
5. The promotion is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pharmx operates.
6. This promotion is not sponsored or administered by any third-party vendor, supplier, or social media platform.
