Leadership team

Tom Culver is the CEO of Pharmx and a seasoned leader with more than two decades of experience driving growth, innovation, and transformation across both public and private sector businesses. Since joining Pharmx in 2023, he has brought strategic clarity and a strong product and technology lens to Australia’s largest pharmacy ordering network.
Throughout his career, Tom has led major growth and sales initiatives, launched market-defining products, and modernised operations to improve profitability. Previously, he served as COO and CCO at an ASX-listed fintech, where he helped redefine financial independence through technology. He also held senior leadership roles at ANZ Wealth, including Head of Client Insights and Business Analytics.

Zoe Hillier brings deep financial expertise to her role as CFO of Pharmx, where she oversees financial strategy, board reporting, and compliance for a listed entity. A Chartered Accountant who trained at Ernst & Young in both Sydney and London, Zoe has held senior financial planning and analysis roles at global organisations including CPB Contractors (CIMIC Group) and Anglo American.
Zoe joined Pharmx (formerly Corum Group) in 2019 as Financial Controller before stepping into the CFO role. She has played a key role in shaping the company’s financial roadmap, including leading the divestment of non-core businesses and supporting strategic transformation across the group.

As CTO at Pharmx, Alistair Orchard leads the company’s technology strategy with a focus on scalable growth and customer-centric innovation. He is passionate about solving complex business challenges through transformative tech and plays a key role in advancing Pharmx’s role as a leading pharma-tech player.
Prior to joining Pharmx, Alistair was CTO of Healthylife, where he integrated pharmacy tech systems into a seamless digital experience. He has also held senior roles at Salsify ANZ, Accenture, and SAP, specialising in global eCommerce, product information management, and enterprise-scale technology delivery.

Gabby brings over 15 years of experience in strategic marketing, brand growth, and business acceleration to her role at Pharmx. Known for blending creative vision with commercial acumen, she has led transformative marketing initiatives across B2B and consumer sectors, with experience spanning both public and private organisations at national and global scale.
Having worked in both Australia and the UK, Gabby has delivered high-impact programs that have generated hundreds of millions in revenue and significantly strengthened brand equity on the world stage. At Pharmx, she has led a full rebrand and repositioned the business for its next phase of growth. She now leads marketing strategies that deepen engagement, drive customer acquisition and retention, and elevate Pharmx’s presence in the evolving healthcare ecosystem.

Since joining Pharmx in 2021, Eric Moschietto has led commercial and strategic operations with a sharp focus on growth, innovation, and customer engagement. With a career spanning CSO wholesalers, suppliers, private equity startups, and retail pharmacy, Eric brings unmatched insight and relationships within the Australian and New Zealand pharmacy ecosystem.
He is responsible for driving commercial partnerships, elevating the customer experience, and aligning Pharmx’s solutions with the evolving needs of a highly connected network.
Board of directors

Nick England has over 35 years of experience and global relationships formed through his consulting and senior management roles in Australia, the UK and Europe. He is currently a Principal of Sydney-based international retail pharmacy consultancy IQ Consulting, alongside being the Non-Executive Chairman and Non-Executive Director on the board of Pharmx.
Nick has held management roles with the global health and beauty company Alliance UniChem PLC (now Walgreens Boots Alliance), which operates 13,000 pharmacies and distributes across 11 countries. As Group Director for Alliance UniChem, Nick was responsible for merger, acquisition and service agreement opportunities with key global network partners. Previously, Nick was also CEO of Alliance UniChem Retail International with responsibility for 300 pharmacies across Europe.

Jon Newberry has over 35 years’ experience in senior executive and Board roles for ASX listed and private companies operating in the technology, telecommunications, urban services and facilities management sectors. He is currently the Director and Chief Operating Officer at Pharmx. He is also Chairman of Repurpose It Pty Ltd and a Non-executive director of Linen Services Australia.
Previously Jon held roles as Head of Corporate Finance (M&A) at Downer EDI Limited, Managing Director of ASX listed Clarity OSS Limited and as Chairman of UK based IMX Software. Primary areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, financial and strategic planning, and the implementation and oversight of reporting and corporate governance structures.

Jayne Shaw started her career in Australia as a Director of Nursing and Chief Executive Officer of two private hospitals. She has been a member of a number of private healthcare Boards involved with specialist consolidation including Cardiology, Cancer Care, Orthopedics and Women’s Health and has continued to work with private equity firms on local and international Healthcare transactions.
Over her career, she has established, co-founded and managed a large number of businesses, and is currently a co-owner of Sydney Breast Clinic and BCAL Diagnostics. Jayne currently holds positions on the Boards of Mable Technologies, Prospection, The Citadel Group, The Corum Group and as Chairman of BCAL Diagnostics.

Sandy’s career has seen him develop and manage leading consumer health brands across multiple geographies including Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, North America and more recently in Europe.
His more than 25 years in the consumer goods industry, which commenced at Procter & Gamble and more recently with Reckitt, in a wide range of category, sales, marketing and leadership roles has provided Sandy with extensive experience as a global leader with expertise in managing large multi-disciplinary teams, with multi-billion-dollar portfolios, across a variety of market channels. More recently, Sandy has held the dual role of Chief Commercial Officer of DBG Health, and Chief Executive Officer of VidaCorp, the Consumer Health & Beauty division of DBG Health.
