The Marketplace delivers a modern eCommerce experience. Once registered, our team will guide you through setup, including connecting wholesalers and managing payments. From there, you can browse thousands of brands, access resources in the EduCentre, and order from multiple suppliers in one checkout.

What if a supplier I order from is not available on Pharmx?

We are continually working to onboard as many suppliers as possible. If a supplier you regularly work with is not yet available, let us know, and we’ll reach out to them. Alternatively, you can introduce Pharmx to your suppliers and connect them with us—we’re happy to begin the onboarding process.

How much does Pharmx cost?

Pharmx is a purpose-driven organisation dedicated to supporting the growth of pharmacy businesses. For this reason, we provide our services to pharmacies at no charge.

Our commercial model is funded through account fees and commission-based payments from supplier partnerships. Some suppliers may choose to pass these fees on to pharmacies at their discretion. Pharmacies can easily identify suppliers applying these fees by viewing the information available on the Marketplace platform.
